To ensure speedy and efficient pickups, please have your brushes ready to be collected BEFORE the time slot you chose at booking. It slows down our process if we have to wait for you to gather your tools at the time the driver is at your door.

How do I know my price quote?

We ask that you let us know the total number of items you are sending in to clean when you book your appointment. Once we receive your items at the facility, we then calculate your itemized price quote and send you a copy via email.
24-Hour Delivery
Brushes must be collected during our Morning time slot in order for them to arrive to the facility, get cleaned, sanitized, and dried before drop off the next day. No Afternoon pickups.
I won't be home during pickup/delivery
If you will not be home at the time of pickup, please leave your brushes outside your front door. Our driver will collect them.

If you won't be home at the time of delivery, we will leave the clean brushes at your door.

We simply ask you to let our customer service on WhatsApp know so we can inform the driver to avoid any unnecessary waiting.
I'm located in Abu Dhabi / Sharjah
Because we are based in Dubai, other Emirates are only available for service on specific days. A minimum order of 30 pieces required. We are growing and want to accommodate as many of our clients as possible, so please be patient as we slowly expand. Thank you!
